Carlos Jara, Broker
Carlos is a licensed broker in Washington state. Carlos is unique in the world of Commercial Real Estate in that he has done it all personally, from starting businesses and negotiating leases, purchasing commercial property, selling a business, and leasing out his own property…all before becoming a broker.
Carlos has been a small business owner in Kitsap County since 2004, opening businesses such as Harborside Market and Toro Lounge.
Carlos has previously served as president for the Downtown Bremerton Association as well as being on the board of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce.
Carlos received his BBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and is fluent in Spanish.
Noelle Brambila, Broker
Noelle is a licensed broker in Washington state. Noelle has a passion for listening to clients' unique needs and hunting down the best match from the commercial real estate market. Your success is her goal.
Noelle purchased her first real estate in CA at the age of 22 and has had several transactions since then. She opened her first non-profit in 2009 after 9 years in public education. In 2014 she became executive director of a non-profit in Gig Harbor and has served on several boards in the community.
Noelle received her BA from Whitworth University in Spokane, Wa and is fluent in Spanish.
